Production services for CMF

vIT is to provide an end-to-end production service for Classic Machine Films, a growing library of DVDs that celebrate classic machines of the air, road and rail. Two titles are already in production. One is about the restoration of a Battle of Britain Class steam locomotive, Sir Keith Park. The other is a documentary about the RAF's premier display team of the 1950s, The Black Arrows. This will feature archive footage, interviews with surviving team members, in-aircraft and air-to-air footage and is expected to go on sale before Christmas 2010. A third title, in negotation, is about Classic Formula Three racing cars.
This work is a departure from vIT Media's usual market but should prove to be an exciting opportunity in allowing us to experiment with different styles.
