Location & Studio Filming
Location Shoots: vIT has extensive experience of shooting in a wide range of interior and exterior locations, all over the world. Whether you want to turn your conference room into a temporary studio or shoot a segment standing next to a motorway on a rainy day, we have the right equipment and expertise to make your production look great. vIT has a wide range of portable equipment that can quickly and easily be transported to different locations, such as lighting, dolly and track, jib/crane and more. For international shoots, we typically get by with a minimum of equipment that can easily be carried in hold luggage on a plane. We locally hire items that might be too bulky to transport. When shooting on location in the more westerly parts of Europe we would typically recommend driving which saves on air fares and means lower local equipment hire costs.
Studio Shoots: We maintain a small studio in the New Forest, just ten minutes off the end of the M3. The studio is perfect for shooting interviews and presentations in front of a green screen or other backdrop and is acoustically treated to ensure quiet, clean recordings. We also have full autocue facilities so you don't have to learn your words in advance! There are several well equipped meeting rooms that are ideal for production meetings and viewings, as well as comfortable rest facilities. Where distance is a factor, we can negotiate great rates at local studios throughout the UK and the rest of the world.
